Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Orli Jewellery pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewellery in its original Orli branded packaging and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
